All our items are designed to be easy to clean.

A quick hand wash with mild soap is sufficient, but you can also put the products (as a whole or separately) in the washing machine and wash at 30-40 degrees!

At Ruffy, you have 100 days to try the products and easily exchange or return them after receipt, as long as the items are in new, usable condition and free of odor and dog hair.

To initiate a return: Send us an email team@ruffy.nl with your order number and our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours with instructions and a return address.

We process the order between 1-2 days and it will be delivered within 4-6 days. (Monday-Friday)
