The cloud beds are made with orthopedic filling that will not flatten over time so that this is the last bed you buy for your dog. Please note that it takes at least 3 days for the bed to reach its full size due to the vacuum packaging

No, they are not designed for that. However, the baskets are sturdy and can withstand a knock, so it is almost impossible for them to be bitten to pieces.

In addition, we have worked hard to create a bed that is durable, so we offer a 3-year warranty on our products.

Wear and tear can happen, especially if pets are involved, but if your items are damaged due to manufacturing defects within 3 years of purchase, we will replace them.

Although it is rare, it does happen occasionally that a dog does not get used to its new bed. With the cloud bed this is the case with about 2% - 3% of customers.

In almost all cases, with enough time (and sometimes a few bribes!), an initially skeptical dog will eventually warm up to his cloud bed and fall head over heels in love.

We recommend that you measure your dog's length from nose to base of tail and then choose a bed that is at least 20cm larger than that. For example, if your dog is 75cm long, we recommend purchasing our medium cloud bed, which has a diameter of 100cm. Be sure to check out the extensive size chart we've created!
